On July 18, 1995, journalists, representatives of media and professional organizations of Armenia founded Yerevan Press Club. The supreme body of the organization is the General Meeting. The administrative bodies are YPC Board and Council. Among the major documents adopted at the founding meeting is Code of Yerevan Press Club Member (in Armenian).
