On June 20 in Stepanakert a round table meeting "Public TV and Radio Company: problems, prospects" was held. The meeting was organized by the Stepanakert Press Club under a program "Strengthening Democracy Through Free Expression in the South Caucasus". The project is implemented by "Article 19" international organization with the financial assistance of the Open Society Institute and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
The round table meeting brought together journalists and the head of media of the Mountainous Karabagh, representatives of the administrative bodies, the members of the MK Council of Public TV and Radio Company. Presentations at the meeting were made by the President of Stepanakert Press Club Gegham Baghdasarian, the Executive Director of the Public TV and Radio Company Garri Grigorian.
