On May 3 the National Press Club (NPC) made its annual announcement of “the
enemy of press” in 2004. This time it was the state system of Armenia, since
none of the nominees for the title gained the required number of votes by NPC
members. The title of “friend of press”, similarly to the last years, was not
granted.
