JOURNALISTS UNION OF ARMENIA
The Journalists Union of Armenia (JUA) was founded on March 27,1959. On June 1, 1978 in Yerevan the Journalist’s House was opened. Member of International Federation of Journalists and International Confederation of Journalists Unions, JUA is a creative public organization, uniting at the moment 1,520 media people. The main goal of JUA is to assist in enhancing pluralism, to reform media legislation, to ensure the constitutional right of freedom of expression and media in Armenia.
