In “Journalist’s Library” series of Yerevan Press Club, a book “Journalism:
What, How, Why?” was published. For many years, its author Aydin Morikian was
Chief Editor of several print media of the country, including “Hayastani Hanrapetutiun”
and “Orran” newspapers. According to Aydin Morikian, it is “not a textbook or
a manual, it is a guide” for those planning to take the path of journalism.
It might also be the first attempt to create a universal manual on journalism
in the Armenian language. The book was published under “Developing Recourses
for Free and Quality Media” YPC project, supported by Open Society Institute.
