On May 10 the web-site of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the
replacement of the Press-Secretary of the Ministry. Hamlet Gasparian, who held
the position since September 2003 as well as headed the Department of Press
and Information, was appointed Envoy in the Embassy of Armenia in France. The
duties of the Press-Secretary are temporarily assumed by Vladimir Karapetian,
the Head of the Media Relations Division of the same Department.
