COURT OF APPEALS REFUSED THE CHALLENGE OF “GALA” FOUNDER

On April 14 the RA Civil Court of Appeals left in force the ruling of the court
of general jurisdiction of Shirak region on the dispute between the Gyumri municipality
and the founder of “GALA” TV company of Gyumri, “CHAP” LLC. As it has been reported,
the founder of “GALA” challenged the ruling of the court of primary jurisdiction
of February 29, 2008, committing “CHAP” to stop the use of the city TV tower
and dissemble the equipment installed there (see details in YPC Weekly Newsletter,
