By the communication, published in a number of newspapers on March 11 and 12,
2008, with a reference to the RA Police press-service, within the criminal proceedings,
instituted on the mass unrest on March 1, 2008 in Yerevan, the RA Police announced
several individuals wanted, including Nikol Pashinian, charged by Article 316
of the RA Criminal Code (“Violence against a representative of power“). Nikol
Pashinian is the Chief Editor of “Haikakan Zhamanak” daily.
