On January 28-29 in Yerevan a workshop titled “E-development in Europe and Central Asia” was held. The workshop was organized by the Information Technology Foundation. The meeting participants, including representatives of specialized international organizations, discussed in particular the regional initiatives on the establishment of Virtual Silk Road, the development and use of e-business, e-government and so on.
