On July 9 at the Journalists Union of Armenia the press conference of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Armenia Timothy Aidan Jones was held. In his conversation with journalists the Ambassador, in particular, positively assessed the rebroadcast of BBC World Service news on Armenian radio air. Every morning at 9.00 the 30-minute BBC newscasts in the Russian language are aired on "Impulse" radio station (FM 106.5), also re-broadcasting the programs of Russian "Mayak" radio station.
