On August 18 at the session of the National Commission on Television and Radio because of the lack of applications the broadcast licensing competition for 33rd UHF in Nor Hachn (Kotayk region) was annulled. As it has been reported, the competition for this frequency was announced on May 11, 2004 (see YPC Weekly Newsletter, May 7-13, 2004).
