“FACE OF THE COUNTRY”, PRE-ELECTION DEBATES BETWEEN THE ANM AND RPA

On November 3 another pre-election debate of “Yerkri Demky” (“Face of the Country”) was held on the evening air of “Yerkir Media” TV company. The cycle is produced by Yerevan Press Club under “Alternative Resources in Media” project, supported by USAID.

YPC Expert Gegham Baghdasarian hosted Sargis Tamazian, Board Member of the Armenian National Movement, and Arayik Hovhannisian, RA National Assembly deputy from Republican Party of Armenia. The debates centered on the parties’ economic programs for the 2012 parliamentary elections, the controversies between the ruling coalition and the opposition, as well as the RPA Economic Forum held on October 29.

The next “Face of the Country” will be aired on Thursday, November 10 at 18.10 (rerun – on Monday, November 14 at 16.15).
