On November 10 another pre-election debate of “Yerkri Demky” (“Face of the Country”) was held on the evening air of “Yerkir Media” TV company. The cycle is produced by Yerevan Press Club under “Alternative Resources in Media” project, supported by USAID.
YPC President Boris Navasardian hosted Karen Karapetian, Board Member of the “Free Democrats” party, and Armen Hovsepian, First Deputy Chairman of Armenian Democratic Party. The debates centered on the possible merge with other parties at the 2012 parliamentary elections, the migration issue and perspectives for overcoming it, as well as the geopolitical orientation of the parties.
The next “Face of the Country” will be aired on Thursday, November 17 at 18.10 (rerun – on Monday, November 21 at 16.15).
