On March 22 the “Yerkri Demky” (“Face of the Country”) cycle of pre-election debates went on the evening air of “Yerkir Media” TV company. The cycle is produced by Yerevan Press Club under “Alternative Resources in Media” project, supported by USAID.
The guests of talk show host YPC President Boris Navasardian were Jasmina Ghevondian, Board member of Democratic Party of Armenia, and Armen Arakelian, Board member of “Free Democrats” party. The participants discussed the issues of healthcare system, the inclusion of civil society members in parties’/blocs’ electoral lists, the foreign policy preferences of DPA and “Free Democrats”, their possible membering of parliamentary coalitions in case of being elected to RA National Assembly (ballot will take place on May 6, 2012).
The next “Face of the Country” will be aired on “Yerkir Media” on Thursday, March 29 at 18.15 (rerun – on Monday, April 2 at 16.15).
