Russian Federation Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution on conferring Russian Governmental Certificates of Honor to several foreign media. Russian news agency ITAR-TASS reported about this on September 25, 2012 with reference to RF Government’s press service. The certificates are given for valuable contribution in preserving the Russian language and culture, as well as for strengthening ties between the Russian nationals abroad. Armenian business weekly “Delovoy Express” is among the awardees.
