On January 30, the Committee to Protect Freedom of Expression presented its new study, "Authorities and Information Accessibility". The monitoring of the official websites was implemented within 2012 and sought to determine the level of openness of the Armenian state bodies. A similar study was conducted by the CPFE in 2011(see YPC Weekly Newsletter, January 20-26, 2012).
The results of the CPFE study are compiled in a handbook (in Armenian, Russian and English) and are stored on http://khosq.am/.
