On November 3 at the RA Commercial Court the hearings of the suit of “A1+” founder, “Meltex” LLC, versus the National Commission on Television and Radio started. As it has been reported, the suit filed on September 29 contained a demand to oblige the National Commission to justify why, by the voting results of July 18, 2003, “A1+” TV company was refused a broadcast license (see YPC Weekly Newsletter, September 26 – October 2, 2003). At the first session the National Commission presented its arguments to the court.
The next session is scheduled for November 7.
