On November 21 the broadcasting of “AR” TV company resumed. As it has been reported, the broadcasts were suspended on October 16, and were explained by the management of “AR” to be due to the technical re-equipment of the channel (see YPC Weekly Newsletter, October 15-21, 2004). As “AR” is currently aired partially (without the newscasts, mostly broadcasting motion pictures and concerts), the re-equipment still continues.
