On May 14 by a decision of the Council of Public Television and Radio Company
Artur Ghandilian was appointed Executive Director of “Shirak” public TV company
(Gyumri, Shirak region). Before the appointment Artur Ghandilian headed the
Board of Founders of “Tsayg” TV company – a Gyumri private broadcaster, aired
on the same channel as “Shirak”. As it has been reported, the former Executive
Director of the regional public TV Avetik Melik-Sargsian was dismissed on April
29.
