On September 1, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Mountainous Karabagh
independence, the MK President Arkadiy Ghukasian signed decrees on awarding
orders and medals of Mountainous Karabagh to state and public figures, military
servants, academicians, lawyers, media professionals and others. Among those
awarded “Yerakhtagitiun” (“Gratitude”) medal is the photojournalist Ruben Mangasarian
– the founder and director of “Patker” photo agency, member of Yerevan Press
Club Council.
