On September 24 the presentation of the web site "SOS: Disaster Signal" was held. The web site is created by the staff of "Haikakan Zhamanak" daily with the support of Internet Access and Training Program (IATP). According to the project director, journalist Armineh Ohanian, the site will feature the letters of the prisoners, received by the edition during many years. The authors of the letters tell about their life in incarceration, share their ideas and feelings.
