On April 10 at the session of RA Commercial Court the agreement on the reconciliation between "Ardshinbank" and "Aravot" daily was read out. As it has been reported, "Ardshinbank" judicially demanded to oblige "Aravot" to pay monetary compensation for the damage caused by a number of articles published in the daily. "Aravot", on its behalf, filed a counter-claim (see details in YPC Weekly Newsletter, March 22 – April 4, 2003 and March 8-14, 2003). According to the reconciliation agreement signed, the parties from now on have no claims to each other.
