On June 8 in Yerevan, at house 8, Zakian street a memorial board to Tigran Naghdalian was opened. The Chairman of the TV and Radio Company Council, one of the founders of Yerevan Press Club Tigran Naghdalian was killed by a shot at his head on December 28, 2002, as he was leaving the house of his parents. On June 8, 2004 he would have celebrated his 38th birthday… Those guilty of this crime were revealed and punished (see YPC Weekly Newsletter, February 20-26, 2004).
