On September 8, Gohar Poghosian was appointed the Press Secretary of RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamian. Previously, Gohar Poghosian has served at the PR Department of the RA National Assembly for several years. When Hovik Abrahamian was the speaker of the parliament, she headed that Department. Notably, the post of the Press Secretary of the Prime Minister has been vacant for the last three months.
