ПРОКУРАТУРА БУДЕТ ПЕРЕСМАТРИВАТЬ ДЕЛА, СВЯЗАННЫЕ С ИНЦИДЕНТАМИ С ЖУРНАЛИСТАМИ

По распоряжению Генерального прокурора РА Агвана Овсепяна была создана рабочая группа из 4 человек, на которую возложена задача вновь изучить материалы следствия, а также возбужденные в 2008-2010 уголовные дела, связанные с различного рода инцидентами с представителями СМИ, в том числе со случаями воспрепятствования профессиональной деятельности журналистов. Кроме того, рабочая группа должна также проверить законность вынесенных по этим делам решений. Об этом сообщила газета “Аравот” от 11 мая 2010.
