The Journalists Union of Armenia with the assistance of Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation-Armenia and Yerevan Press Club is implementing a project – “Archive of Armenian Press”. The electronic library contains publications of Armenian-language newspapers “Azg”, “Aravot”, “Iravunk”, “Hayots Ashkhar”, “Haikakan Zhamanak”, “Orran” (currently not issued) as well as of Russian-language ones – “Novoye Vremya”, “Golos Armenii”, “Respublika Armenia”, “Delovoy Express”.
Journalists and researchers can have access to the archive at Yerevan Press Club at the address: 9B, Ghazar Parpetsi str., Yerevan, on week-days, from 12.00 till 18.00.
The electronic library is expected to be placed on the web in future, and the scope of periodicals included is to be expanded.
