On April 30 a usual General Meeting of Yerevan Press Club was held. At the meeting the reports of YPC Board (presented by YPC President Boris Navasardian) and of Auditing Commission (presented by the Chairman of the Commission Levon Dayan) were heard, the President, Vice President, the members of the Board, of the Council and the Auditing Commission were elected. The meeting participants also ratified the YPC Executive Director and the Commission on Professional Ethics.
At the meeting the draft of the new Code of YPC Member was considered and approved. The participants also adopted the statement of Yerevan Press Club on the World Press Freedom Day (see enclosed).
