On June 14, at the very first session, the Chamber of Civil and Commercial Cases of the RA Court of Cassation declined the suit of the founder of "A1+" TV company, "Meltex" LLC. The plaintiff challenged the decision of the RA Commercial Court at the court of supreme jurisdiction. As it has been reported, on April 25 the Commercial Court did not secure the suit of "Meltex" versus the National Commission on Television and Radio, demanding to cancel the decisions of the Commission on holding TV and radio broadcast licensing competitions (see details in YPC Weekly Newsletter, April 27 – May 3, 2002).
