"FACE OF THE COUNTRY" – PRE-ELECTION DEBATES BETWEEN “HERITAGE” AND COMMUNIST PARTY OF ARMENIA

On April 26 the “Yerkri Demky” (“Face of the Country”) cycle of pre-election debates went on the evening air of “Yerkir Media” TV company. The cycle is produced by Yerevan Press Club under “Alternative Resources in Media” project, supported by USAID.

The guests of talk show host YPC President Boris Navasardian were Armen Martirosian, RA National Assembly deputy from “Heritage” faction, and Gegham Galstian, member of the Presidium of Communist Party of Armenia. The “Orinats Yerkir” party did not accept the invitation to participate in this talk show. The discussion centered on the democracy and human rights issues presented in the parties’ platforms.

The next “Face of the Country” will be aired on “Yerkir Media” on Thursday, May 3 at 18.15.
