On May 2 on the evening air of the Second Armenian TV Channel the twenty-third
“Press Club” show was issued. The cycle is organized by Yerevan Press Club under
a homonymous project, supported by the OSI Network Media Program.
The discussion subject for the representatives of the leading media and journalistic
associations of Armenia was the World Press Freedom Day. The program participants
expect that this week the Armenian media will focus at events, dedicated to
the May holidays – the International Labor Day, May 1, and the 60th anniversary
of the victory in Great Patriotic War, May 9, along with the continuing fluctuations
in currency exchange rates.
