“FACE OF THE COUNTRY”, PRE-ELECTION DEBATES BETWEEN “HERITAGE” AND “ORINATS YERKIR”

On November 17 another pre-election debate of “Yerkri Demky” (“Face of the Country”) was held on the evening air of “Yerkir Media” TV company. The cycle is produced by Yerevan Press Club under “Alternative Resources in Media” project, supported by USAID.

YPC Expert Gegham Baghdasarian hosted Davit Sanasarian, Board Member of “Heritage” party, and Araqel Araqelian, Head of the Youth Union of “Orinats Yerkir” party. The debates centered on the amendments of the RA Electoral Code, issues of parties’ inner democracy, the role of youth party organizations, the draft law “On Lustration”, worked out by “Heritage” parliamentary faction.

The next “Face of the Country” will be aired on Thursday, November 24 at 18.10 (rerun – on Monday, November 28 at 16.15).
