Yerevan Press Club and “Yerkir-Media” TV company resumed “Press Club” and “Press
Club+” TV cycles. The new season started on September 5 with “Press Club” show.
The representatives of media and journalistic associations discussed the Conference
of Republican Party of Armenia on July 22 and the political processes of the
hot summer of 2006; the report of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the
Media Miklos Haraszti on the state of media in Armenia (see below).
“Press Club+” talk show will go on air of “Yerkir-Media” next Tuesday, September
12 at 21.00. It is expected that the guests of the program host, “Aravot” daily
Chief Editor Aram Abrahamian, will be the representatives of “Orinats Yerkir”
party.
